Medical Director - Dr Patrick E Turay

Dr Turay was born in Port Loko Town, Northern Province, Sierra Leone. July 1986 he graduated from the Njala University College (University of Sierra Leone) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry. In 1997 he was awarded MD in Medicine from Kuban State Medical Academy, Krasnador, Russia Federation.

Diploma in Tropical Medicine & Health, MSc in Tropical Medicine & International Health, at London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.

Hubert Humphrey Fellow in Public Health Policy & Management from the Tulane School of Public Health & Tropical Medicine, New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, in 2008

He was attached as Medical Doctor, Connaught Government Hospital, Freetown, from 1998-2002.

In 2002 he took up an appointment with the Catholic Diocese of Makeni as Medical Doctor in charge of the Holy Spirit Clinic and head of the Diocesan Health Commission.

Post graduate medical education in general surgery and pediatric surgery at Pan African Academy of Christian Surgeons, Mbingo Baptist Hospital Cameroon, and College of Surgeons of East, Central and Southern Africa - AIC Kijabe, Kenya and Red Cross War Memorial Hospital, University of Cape Town, South Africa respectively.
