Medical Director - Dr Patrick E Turay Dr Turay was born in Port Loko Town, Northern Province, Sierra Leone. July 1986 he graduated from the Njala University College (University of Sierra Leone) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry. In 1997 he was awarded MD in Medicine from Kuban State Medical Academy, Krasnador, Russia Federation. He was attached as Medical Doctor, Connaught Government Hospital, Freetown, from 1998-2002. In 2002 he took up an appointment with the Catholic Diocese of Makeni as Medical Doctor in charge of the Holy Spirit Clinic and head of the Diocesan Health Commission.
